Introduction to XT Revolution

The Gemini Revolution XT is a 10″ professional-grade ring saw designed for precision cutting of a wide range of materials including tile, stone, glass, and composites. Unlike traditional tile or glass saws, the Revolution XT uses a continuous ring blade that allows omni-directional cutting—meaning you can cut forwards, backwards, sideways, and even curves with ease.

Omni-Directional Cutting
The patented ring blade is diamond-coated on all sides, allowing you to cut in any direction—ideal for intricate curves, internal shapes, and fine detail work.
10″ Diameter Ring Blade
The large blade provides deep cuts (up to 2.5″) while maintaining high accuracy. Specialised blade types are available for glass, tile, and stone, including double-sided and single-sided variants.
Water-Cooled System
Integrated water delivery keeps the blade cool and minimises dust, enhancing both blade life and cut quality.

The ability to make STRAIGHT or CURVE cuts.
Easily cut a slice off the edge of your material. The blade remains stable and rigid without wandering.
The ability to have diamond coating on the front and back, (with double sided blade) making FORWARD as well as BACKWARD cutting possible.
Use the same blade for all materials. There is no need to change blades.
Material will never glaze over, so there is no need to ever dress the blade.
